To track your development over time, to be accountable to your own growth and development so that you don’t spin your wheels or spread yourself too thin.

Because ambitious women need a place to come home to and a community that understands what they're going and growing through.
For years, I was searching for a community that held space for all aspects of myself and work. I joined business communities that helped me achieve and rise high - meanwhile my artist felt like she was dying. I joined Sisterhood and prayer circles but my ambitious warrior got antsy and wanted to move faster. I joined advocacy groups but still felt incomplete.
I started the Collective because I wanted to make a home for multi-faceted women creators at the intersection of creativity, business, advocacy, and transformation.
I believe the future lies in the intersections, but sometimes we can feel really lonely in those spaces.
But we don’t have to.
The world needs more women-driven leadership teams, stories, and art, I knew there had to be a way to pool our resources.
The Collective is where we come together for all of it to build and create what we've all been searching for.
